Danger Press is a custom screen printing shop in Atlanta, Georgia, founded in 2004. We print custom t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel for artists, bands, brands, and the creative professionals who design for them. We’re a group of artists and designers ourselves — which is why we treat your artwork as the thing that matters most, not as a job to push through a machine.
Most screen printers ask you to adapt your art to their process: drop a color, change the ink, loosen the registration. We work the other way around. Your artwork is the fixed point, and we choose the press, the ink, and the technique that carries out your vision faithfully.

What Are the Minimums?
Minimums are applied per order, per imprint. On Danger-supplied garments it’s 25 pieces for a one-color design and 50 pieces for two or more colors. Client-supplied garments start at 150 pieces, and posters at 50. All orders carry a $200 minimum invoice covering garments, printing, setup, and color matching. We’ll waive minimums case by case when it makes sense.
How Much Does Custom Screen Printing Cost in Atlanta?
Custom screen printing cost is driven by four things: how many pieces you order, how many ink colors are in the design, how many print locations (front, back, sleeve), and which garment you choose. Per-piece cost falls as quantity rises and as color count drops. Our strongest per-piece value lands on orders of 1,000 or more pieces with one or two colors — but we print runs as small as 25. The fastest way to a real number is to request a custom quote.
How Long Does Screen Printing Take?
Typical turnaround is about two weeks (10 business days) from written quote approval and deposit to when we begin printing your project. During very busy periods this can extend to three or four weeks (15–20 business days). If you have an in-hands date, tell us up front — rush service is available where possible.
Finishing & Fulfillment
We don’t stop at the print. Danger Press offers folding, polybagging, custom neck tagging, and fulfillment or drop shipping — so your finished apparel can ship to your warehouse, your customers, or straight to a retail shelf. Two-thirds of what we print ends up on a shelf or in a fan’s hands, and we build every job with that in mind.
The Ink Is Half the Print
We specialize in water-based and discharge printing for the soft, broken-in hand that premium brands want, and we run plastisol when a design needs opacity and exact color. Choosing the right ink for your artwork and garment is where the craft lives.

What is the minimum order for screen printing?
On Danger-supplied garments: 25 pieces for one color, 50 for two or more. Client-supplied garments are 150 pieces; posters are 50. All orders carry a $200 minimum invoice, applied per order per imprint.
Can you print on dark shirts?
Yes. We print on dark garments using opaque plastisol, or using discharge ink, which removes the garment’s dye and replaces it with new pigment for a soft, breathable print. Discharge works best on 100% cotton.
Do you offer finishing and fulfillment?
Yes — folding, polybagging, custom tagging, and fulfillment or drop shipping, so finished apparel can ship wherever you need it.
Do you do rush orders?
Rush service is available where possible when arranged in advance. Tell us your in-hands date and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
What file format do I need?
